Downstream – NEMO® Water-Injection Pump

Crude oil deposits are often discovered in spongy rock. To extract it, fluids must be pumped into the earth under high pressures. NEMO® Water-Injection Pumps are particularly well-suited for this application since their capacity can be changed in accordance with rotation speed.

Downstream – NEMO® Transfer Pumps

Great distances must often be covered in order to reach ports or refineries. Pump systems that can maintain a high conveying pressure at the lowest possible pulsation are required for applications like these.

Downstream – NEMO® Multiphase Pumps

Only very seldom does crude oil arrive at the surface in pure form. Usually it is mixed with water, sand and gas. Conventional pumps require that the gas first be separated from the crude oil however, not with NETZSCH NEMO® Multiphase Pumps. NEMO® Multiphase Pumps can be used for crude oil with a gas content of up to 100%.

TORNADO® Industrial Rotary Lobe Pumps T2

NETZSCH TORNADO® industrial rotary lobe pumps are versatile stand-alone equipment. Used primarily in environmental technology and the chemical industry, these pumps handle almost any substance continuously and gently while metering in proportion to rotation speed.
